THE CHALLENGE: Act! couldn’t produce the sales forecast reports for 4 sales reps, so the same data had to be manually re-keyed into several weekly Excel reports and depended on one rep to keep up with the changes.

THE SOLUTION: After analyzing the entire data entry and reporting process, MondoCRM kept the existing version of Act!, installed a couple of plugins to save the client money, added a few fields and built a reporting system using Microsoft Power BI.  Power BI saves the admin from building weekly static Excel documents an allows management to report against any date range in real time to look for trends.
